Who we are This website is operated by Dillibag LLP, B-128, Sector 2, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, GSTIN 09AAZFD9723C1ZY. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Dillibag LLP. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, or using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
Products Our bags involve a lot of work by hand. Small variations in colour, print placement and finish are part of how they're made, not defects. Product photographs are as accurate as we can make them, but screens vary.
Pricing All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST. We may change prices at any time before an order is placed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or we cannot deliver to your address. In every such case you'll be refunded in full.
Payment Payments are handled by our payment gateway. We don't store your card details.
Intellectual property All content on this site — text, photographs, illustrations, the DilliBagCo name and logo — belongs to Dillibag LLP and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Acceptable use Don't use this site for anything unlawful, don't attempt to interfere with it, and don't scrape or copy it for commercial use.
Liability We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
Changes We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.
