Shipping policy
We ship across India, free of charge, on every order.
Dispatch Orders are handed to our courier partner within 2 business days of being placed. You'll get a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your bag is on its way.
Delivery time Once dispatched, orders typically reach metro cities in 2–4 business days and the rest of India in 4–7 business days. Remote pin codes can take a little longer.
Shipping charges Shipping is free on all orders, everywhere in India.
Cash on Delivery COD is available and carries a handling fee of ₹100 per product in the order. This is shown at checkout before you pay.
Courier partners We ship with Delhivery and DTDC.
International orders We don't ship outside India at the moment. But stay tuned.
Delays Weather, strikes, festivals and other things outside our control can slow a delivery down. If your order seems stuck, write to us at and we'll chase it with the courier.
